This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Mesar Sinameta ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), as the developer and operator of the "Bubble Burst" mobile application (the "Game" or "App"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information. This Policy applies to all users of the Game, including participants in its skill-based cash prize competition (the "Contest").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you signify your acceptance of the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, you must not use the Game and must delete it from your device. Your continued use of the Game following any changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide, secure, and improve our services. The categories of information we collect are as follows:

A. Information You Provide Directly:

  • Prize Claim Information: If you win a cash prize (variable amount and frequency of awarding entirely at the Company's discretion), we may collect additional information necessary for payment processing and tax compliance, such as your full legal name, mailing address, and taxpayer identification number (e.g., Social Security Number).
  • Communications: If you contact us for support, we collect your email address and the contents of your message.

B. Information Collected Automatically:

  • Gameplay & Performance Data: We collect data related to your use of the Game, including your scores, leaderboard rankings, session duration, in-game actions, and progress.
  • Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the Game, including the device type, operating system and version, unique device identifiers (such as IDFA for iOS or Advertising ID for Android), IP address, and mobile network information.
  • Log Data: Our servers automatically record information ("log data") created by your use of the Game, including your IP address, access times and dates, app crashes, and the features you interact with.
  • Advertising and Analytics Data: We and our third-party partners use cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies to collect information about your interactions with advertisements in the Game (e.g., interstitial ads viewed or clicked) and for general analytics to understand user behavior.

C. Information from Third Parties:

  • Advertising & Analytics Partners: We may receive information about you from third parties, such as advertising networks (e.g., Google AdMob) and analytics providers (e.g., Firebase), including demographic data and data about your interests to help deliver relevant advertisements.
  • Social Media/Single Sign-On: If you choose to log in via a third-party service like Google, we may receive limited information from that platform, such as your registered name and email address, as authorized by your privacy settings with that service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following business and commercial purposes:

  • To Provide and Maintain the Service: To operate the Game, run the Contest, maintain leaderboards, authenticate users, and provide customer support.
  • To Fulfill Prizes: To verify winners, contact potential winners, process and deliver cash prizes (variable amount and frequency of awarding entirely at the Company's discretion), and comply with legal tax reporting obligations (e.g., IRS Form 1099-MISC issuance).
  • To Personalize Your Experience: To tailor content, including serving relevant advertisements within the Game.
  • For Analytics and Improvement: To analyze gameplay trends, understand how users interact with the Game, diagnose technical issues, and improve the overall user experience, features, and performance.
  • For Security and Fraud Prevention: To monitor for and prevent cheating, fraud, unauthorized access, and other malicious activity; to enforce our Terms and Conditions; and to protect the rights, property, and safety of the Company, our users, and others.
  • For Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests.

4. How We Share and Disclose Your Information

We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With Service Providers: We share information with trusted third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, data analytics, advertising, payment processing for prizes (e.g., PayPal, Stripe), and email delivery. These partners are contractually obligated to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.
  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with a valid legal process (e.g., subpoena, court order); (b) protect the safety, rights, or property of the Company or any person; (c) investigate fraud or security issues; or (d) enforce our Terms and Conditions.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the promises made in this Policy.
  • With Your Consent: We may share information for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time we collect it, with your consent.
  • Aggregated or De-identified Data: We may share aggregated or anonymized data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you for research, analytics, or marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Our retention periods vary based on the type of data:

  • Gameplay Data: Retained for a period necessary for Contest verification and leaderboard integrity (e.g., 90 days).
  • Account Information: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
  • Prize Winner Information: Retained for a minimum of seven (7) years to comply with U.S. tax and financial reporting laws.
  • Log & Analytics Data: Typically retained for a shorter, rolling period for operational analysis.

6. Your Choices and Rights

  • Account Information: You can review and update certain account information (like your email) within the Game's settings or by contacting us.
  • Advertising Preferences: You can opt out of personalized advertising on your mobile device by adjusting your device settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android). This will not reduce the number of ads you see, but they may be less relevant.
  • Email Communications: You can opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe link in those emails. Please note that you cannot opt out of service-related communications (e.g., prize notifications, account verification).
  • Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We will comply with such requests where required by law, but we may retain certain information as necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes (e.g., prior prize wins).

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

The Game and Contest are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), grants you certain rights:

  • Right to Know: You have the right to request, twice in a 12-month period, the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, and the categories of sources, business purposes, and third parties with whom we share it.
  • Right to Delete: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Correct: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to Opt-Out of "Sale" or "Sharing": While we do not "sell" personal information for monetary value, the use of advertising identifiers for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law. You can opt out of this by adjusting your device's advertising settings as described in Section 6.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA/CPRA rights.

To exercise your rights, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us at rights.bubbleburst@gmail.com. We will respond within 45 days. You may also use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, provided they provide proof of your authorization.

9. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Users

Our services are hosted and operated in the United States. If you access the Game from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. under U.S. privacy standards which may differ from those in your country. By using the Game, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the new Policy in the Game, updating the "Last Updated" date, and/or providing other notice as required by law. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
